Have a Good Trip Wishes: Cute and Easy Phrases to Express Your Love and Care for Them!

Okay, so, today I wanted to do something a little different. I got this idea to make personalized “have a good trip” messages for my friends who are going abroad next month. I have three buddies – let’s call them A, B, and C – all heading off to different places, and I wanted to send them off with something special.

Have a Good Trip Wishes: Cute and Easy Phrases to Express Your Love and Care for Them!

Step 1: Brainstorming

First, I grabbed my notebook and started jotting down ideas. I thought about each friend’s personality and their destination. A is going to Italy, and she’s a huge foodie. B is off to Japan and loves anime. C is heading to South America for some hiking adventures, and they’re all about nature and stuff.

Step 2: Making the Messages

  • For A: I wrote, “Have an amazing trip to Italy! Eat all the pasta and pizza your heart desires. Can’t wait to hear all about your culinary adventures!” I even drew a little cartoon of her eating a giant bowl of spaghetti. I put some classic Italian phrases like “Ciao” and “Buon viaggio” at the end of my message.
  • For B: I decided to get a bit creative. I wrote, “Enjoy your trip to the land of the rising sun! May you find the best ramen and see all the anime spots you’ve dreamed of.” Then, I added a little drawing of an anime character waving goodbye. At the end of the message, I added some Japanese phrases like “Sayonara” and “Ki o tsukete”.
  • For C: Since they love nature, I wrote, “Wishing you an incredible journey through South America! May your hikes be epic and your views breathtaking. Embrace the adventure!” I sketched a tiny mountain range and a person with a backpack. At last, I added some Spanish phrases like “AdiĆ³s” and “Buen viaje” at the end.

Step 3: Personal Touches

I didn’t want to just send a text, so I grabbed some colorful paper and made little cards. I wrote each message on a card and added my little drawings. It took me some time, but it was super fun.

Step 4: Delivering the Surprise

Finally, I met up with each of them individually before their trips. I gave them the cards and said I wanted to wish them a great trip. They were all so surprised and happy! A loved the foodie theme, B was thrilled with the anime touch, and C appreciated the nature vibe.

It was a simple thing, but seeing their reactions made my day. Sometimes, it’s the little things that count the most. And honestly, it was really fulfilling to put some thought and effort into making something just for them. Totally worth it!
